About the Journal

FarmaCiencia is an academic journal created to promote science communication and bring pharmaceutical knowledge closer to society. The journal provides a space for the publication of accessible, rigorous, and engaging content related to the pharmaceutical sciences, with particular attention to current topics, emerging trends, and issues of interest to both the academic community and a broader readership.

In addition to science communication articles, FarmaCiencia features a selection of relevant and outstanding Bachelor’s theses developed at the Faculty of Pharmacy. These contributions are selected through a rigorous process among works that have received the highest grades, thereby ensuring their academic quality, scientific rigor, and potential impact.

The journal also benefits from the active collaboration of the Pharmacy Student Delegation, helping to ensure that its contents reflect the interests, concerns, and perspectives of students, while fostering a culture of science communication within the Faculty.
